The City Bin Co., known for its award-winning customer service and commitment to “Going the Extra,” wanted to give its customers an easier, more flexible way to manage their waste services. This meant offering convenient account top-ups, timely collection reminders, and a clear view of service activity — all from the palm of their hand.

Solution

Native mobile apps are a great way for companies to provide access to customer services without compromising usability.

To deliver this, Púca worked closely with The City Bin Co. to build a seamless, self-service mobile app fully integrated with their Waste Management System and payment platform. The result is a digital experience that reflects the company’s high standards for convenience, responsiveness, and customer care.

Púca have done it again and delivered another great app for our customers. The Prommt payment integration works great also making it easy for customers to top-up in-app. I have to say the whole experience has been flawless.”
