B2B Account Manager (hybrid, full time)
Púca is one of Ireland’s most exciting and innovative mobile technology companies. Our Impower messaging platform and apps are used by leading enterprise and public sector customers in Ireland and the UK. This is an exciting and busy time in our company’s 20 year history and we are looking for a commercially savvy Account Manager to deliver successful projects and drive growth in our customer base and target markets.
The candidate will have a strong understanding and track record of account management best practice, sales technique, and customer database management. They will be a dynamic team player with a growth mindset who enjoys constructive engagement with colleagues and clients.
Responsibilities
- Create an effective and efficient account management strategy focused on growing revenues with existing and new customers
- Respond to inbound sales and support queries
- Create value through a consultative selling approach
- Work with our development team to ensure projects and maintenance requests are delivered on time
- Support clients during and after onboarding
- Consistently identify revenue opportunities within our established client base and contribute to growth by helping secure new accounts
- Forecast your monthly sales in line with revenue targets and productivity metrics
- Attend and/or present at client meetings, conferences, tradeshows and webinars, preparing engaging and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis
- Proactively contribute to brochureware, onboarding documents, release notes etc
- Carry out industry research to support customer business cases
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and a successful track record in digital sales or account management ideally in the apps or messaging space
- A high degree of proficiency in using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Copper
- Commercial acumen in preparing budgets and pipelines
- Detail oriented in all aspects of account management from mapping requirements and defining solutions to proposals to logging calls and meetings
- Skilled in delivering sales and solution presentations
- Demonstrable experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in tools for project management, customer journey mapping and wireframing
