Commercial Account Manager (hybrid, full time)

We are looking for a Commercial Account Manager to deliver successful projects and drive growth within our customer base and target markets. Our core messaging platform Impower and its API powers some of Ireland’s leading organisations and will be the primary focus of this role.

The candidate will have a strong understanding and track record of account management best practices, effective sales technique, and customer database management. They will be a dynamic team player with a growth mindset who enjoys constructive engagement with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Create an effective and efficient account management strategy focused on growing revenues with existing and new customers
  • Respond to inbound sales and support queries
  • Create value through a consultative selling approach
  • Prepare engaging sales collateral as needed, as well as reports and analysis
  • Liaise with our development team to ensure projects and maintenance requests are delivered on time
  • Support clients during and after onboarding
  • Forecast your monthly sales in line with revenue targets and productivity metrics
  • Attend and/or present at client meetings, conferences, tradeshows etc 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor’s degree plus a successful track record in digital sales or account management ideally in the telco, CRM or SaaS technology space
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Copper
  • Commercial acumen in preparing budgets and pipelines
  • Detail oriented in all aspects of account management from documenting requirements and solutions to meetings and product demonstrations,  proposals and reports
  • A high degree of literacy and skilled in delivering sales and solution presentations
  • Demonstrable experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Desirable but not essential (can learn on the job): Proficiency in Vidyard

The salary is negotiable based on experience: €50-57,000 base + a competitive personal and company performance bonus of up to €25,000+ based on OTE

Carrier Relations Manager (flexi)

Púca is an established mobile communications company based in Dublin specialising in enterprise messaging. Our Impower platform and messaging APIs are used by leading corporate and public sector customers in Ireland and further afield. This is an exciting and busy time in our company’s 20 year history as we expand our messaging solutions.

We are looking for an experienced Carrier Relations Manager to assist the MD in managing relationships and operations with our mobile operator partners and gateway partners in Ireland and elsewhere.

The candidate will have a demonstrated background in a telco, mobile operator or messaging aggregator in a commercial / operations capacity. They will be a strong contract negotiator and adept at financial projections.

Responsibilities

  • Manage telco supplier and partner relationships
  • Prepare contracts, projections, reports and analysis
  • Set up and manage billing processes alongside our CFO and accounts team
  • Work alongside the MD and Growth Manager to launch joint commercial offerings with partners
  • Attend and/or present at client meetings, conferences, tradeshows etc

Skills and Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor’s degree or finance qualification
  • A successful track record in the telco, SMS aggregation or messaging / SaaS / CPaaS technology space
  • A high degree of numeracy and commercial acumen in negotiating and preparing high value commercial contracts
  • Demonstrable experience in managing complex negotiation with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using excel and ideally also data visualisation tools such as Tableau
