Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our commercial team, to help us achieve our goals.

We provide a suite of messaging applications that give businesses a professional, secure and user-friendly way to communicate and transact with customers. Our aim is to scale our multichannel messaging platform and bring it to an international audience via our partner network and direct sales.

 

Job Description

You will be required to build a strong opportunity pipeline and meet sales targets by building successful long-term business relationships with our customers. You will demonstrate how our applications and solutions can provide return on investment to these customers.

Based in the vibrant Rathmines area of Dublin, this is an exciting opportunity to work with a great team, in a dynamic environment on cutting-edge projects for bluechip clients.

 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • You should have at least 3 years’ experience in solution selling experience in the software, messaging or payments space
  • A growth mindset, commercial acumen and proven track record of negotiating and closing business opportunities
  • A keen interest in tech trends
  • Social selling
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Excellent planning and organisational ability
  • You will be a self-starter, be comfortable working autonomously and proactively plan ways to cement Púca’s strong market position.

Customer Success Executive

Job Description

We are seeking an energetic Customer Success Executive who will deliver an excellent customer experience to our clients and prospects.

Based in the vibrant Rathmines area of Dublin, this is an exciting opportunity to work with a great team, in a dynamic environment on cutting-edge mobile projects for blue chip clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer success: Maintain excellent relationships with Púca’s customers and prospects by responding to customer enquiries in a timely, friendly and professional manner
  • Customer onboarding: respond to information requests, liaise with internal sales team, provide product demos, training and post-launch support
  • Sales admin: capture leads in our CRM platform, generate customer statements and manage licence renewals
  • Support invoicing and credit control
  • Quality Assurance and testing – you will be required to assist in testing apps and services and to assist with bug reporting
  • General office management tasks

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Our relationship with our customers is the bedrock to our business, therefore a great phone manner and an organized, friendly “can-do” approach to any customer enquiries or requests are a must
  • Attention to detail and Quality Control focus
  • Be process-focused – you should constantly strive to make your work more streamlined and efficient
  • Be proactive about reporting issues, suggesting and implementing improvements
  • A keen interest in mobile/digital technology and trends, and ideally related industry experience
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Self-starter, comfortable working autonomously

Customer Acquisition Manager (SaaS)

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Acquisition Manager to join our commercial team, to capitalise on the growing market for integrated messaging and digital payment services. Using the latest content marketing tools and techniques and working with our partner network you will generate a strong pipeline of well-qualified leads and meet sales targets. You will have strong content marketing, sales skills (including social selling) and a data-driven, customer-centric approach.

Based in the vibrant Rathmines area of Dublin, this is an exciting opportunity to work with a great team, in a dynamic environment on cutting-edge mobile projects for bluechip clients.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • You should have at least 5 years’ experience in digital marketing in an agency or SaaS environment
  • A keen interest in technology and trends, and ideally related industry experience
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Excellent planning and organisational ability
  • You should have excellent communication skills and sales focus
  • You will be a self-starter, be comfortable working autonomously, and drive yourself and the team to find the best ways to cement Púca’s strong market position.
  • Púca is in the fast moving SaaS market and you will need to bring a strong knowledge of marketing, sales, UX and on-boarding principals, as well as be driven and inspired by the trends and developments in this space.
