Pay2Sender is a new online service that combines SMS and email messaging with frictionless card payment to help organisations speed up their payment collection processes.
Using messaging and payments technology developed by Púca, the service integrates with leading payment card processors including AIB Merchant Services and others to be announced in the future.
Pay2Sender has been in beta phase for the past few months with early customers very satisfied with the results so far.
According to Barry Benson, Managing Director of Dyno-Rod Ireland, “we’ve been very impressed with Pay2Sender. The feedback we have received from customers has been great as they enjoy the convenience of paying securely with their credit cards instead of having to pay by cash or cheque”.
Dyno-Rod have implemented Pay2Sender across their whole fleet and is just one of a number of companies across a range of sectors that are seeing the benefits of the Pay2Sender SMS and Email payment collection system.
For Limerick-based waste and recycling company, Mr Binman, Pay2Sender has successfully reduced call centre costs, eliminated peaks and lowered late payment rates.
“We wanted something mobile-friendly, fast and convenient – a quick method of payment was key”, according to Mr Binman’s Marketing Director, Joe Cleary. “The return on investment has been excellent”.
Pay2Sender has also proved its worth in the retail sector. High-quality furniture retailer the 1933 Furniture Company, has been able to dramatically reduce the amount of time that staff need to spend collecting and allocating payments. “We find the system really easy to use” says Gillian Moran of the 1933 Furniture Company. “The feedback from customers is also positive – they feel secure using Pay2Sender and we get notified as soon as they pay”.
