Fyffes wanted to produce a digital sales promotion campaign on Freddy Fyffes bananas where customers could collect 3 on-pack unique codes to win Kids-Go-Free tickets to Dublin Zoo.
Púca had to create unique ‘use-once’ codes to ensure promotion entrants made a purchase, and instead of text codes, created QR code stickers to be placed on each packet that could be scanned by smartphones. A built-in scanner on the app was used to scan these codes or alternatively they could use a web microsite to manually enter the QR codes.
This campaign proved highly successful with a completion rate of 97% plus invaluable information collated on consumer behaviour and user demographics.
