From the first meeting to project launch, we’re with you every step of the way
Our mobile app development process starts with building a strong relationship with you in order to understand your business challenges and what you want to achieve.
Following budget approval we conduct a workshop or series of workshops with our mobile projects team and your own IT, Customer Care and Marketing stakeholders, to ensure we get a thorough understanding of your goals and requirements.
We then prepare a fully documented outline of your requirements and functionality and provide you with a detailed project plan with milestones, dependencies and timescales.
We first map the user flows, then wireframe in more detail before agreeing and defining visual design. This stage is crucial as it saves time to change designs before ahead of development. It should be noted that additional requirements can emerge at this step which may need to be budgeted for.
At development phase, following design approval, we go through a series of iterations followed by a rigorous testing process across multiple devices. We will also provide you with test scripts so your team can vet the app "user acceptance testing" before release.
Once you are satisfied we then review the app store categories and descriptions, compile screenshots and submit the app to the app store.
We usually include a post-release "incubation period" to monitor and handle any minor snags following release. Our industry-leading service level agreements include 24/7 monitoring, support and maintenance.
We were impressed by the collaboration with the Púca team, who translated our requirements into a highly functional and robust app.
We were impressed by the Púca team’s ability to effectively take our concept from design to prototype to finished product in a relatively short timeframe, and we’re very pleased with the results.
Púca pulled out all the stops to meet our deadline and were a pleasure to work with.
“I would highly recommend Púca to any company wanting to deliver a great app experience”
