Lexus SMS campaign sees over 300% increase in web traffic
Lexus Ireland have used Púca’s SMS platform in their recent marketing communications campaign to boost engagement with their loyalty club (Lexus Privilege).
Lexus Ireland partnered with the Ulster Bank Dublin Theatre Festival to offer its loyalty members an exclusive opportunity to win free tickets for the festival. An SMS message was sent to the loyalty membership database, containing a call-to-action to visit the Lexus Privilege website for a chance to win free tickets.
According to Lorna Noone, Sales & Marketing Administrator, Lexus Ireland, the results were impressive, with an increase of over 300% in website visitor traffic as a direct result of the SMS communication.
Lexus Ireland have also invested in a mobile optimized website (m.lexus.ie) for the growing number of consumers now browsing the Internet on mobile devices.
