Nov '07 - Halifax gets a little extra

As part of the marketing campaign for its new high-interest current account, Halifax ran a banner ad on the Vodafone Live! mobile Internet portal. By clicking on the banner, users were transported to the new Halifax brochure mobile website where they were given the choice of either downloading a ringtone or requesting a brochure giving more information about the current account. Púca designed the banner ad as well as the mobile site which included further information, a ringtone download interface and a form that users were required to complete and submit in order to be sent the brochure.
The mobile campaign achieved an impressive response. Over an eight week period, almost double the target page impressions were achieved with downloading and brochure requests ranked in the hundreds.
