Púca powers Ireland's first mobile lottery for Rehab Group

Púca have helped Rehab Lotteries launch Rehab Mobile, Ireland's first mobile lottery with a €1 million prize fund.

Players of Rehab Mobile will be exercising their thumbs in all kinds of unusual places in an attempt to reveal instant cash prizes of up to €10,000 and sun holidays worth €2,500.

One in four people will win an instant prize from the games which cost either €3 for The Big One (to win €10,000) or €2 for Easy Cash (to win €5,000). Players, who must be over 18 years of age, simply text the word REHAB to 51500 for the price of a standard text and, after a simple registration process, they are ready to play. The games are available on internet-enabled phones and players pay for their games either from their mobile phone credit or through their regular bill.

“Lady Luck can strike us when we least expect and in the strangest of places,” says John McGuire, Rehab’s Director of Fundraising. “We hope that these innovative and fun games will capture the imagination of people and assist us in raising much-needed funds for Rehab in the development of services for people with disabilities and those who are marginalised,” he said. “That way, win or lose, players will still be left feeling good because all of the money generated from these games will be going to a good cause.”
